Arjen Sloots, Ph,D.
Scientific Project Manager
Arjen is a scientific project manager at TBVI. He is involved in the management and coordination of several externally funded collaborative research projects in the field of TB vaccine development.
Arjen received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Frankfurt am Main’s Goethe University in 2004. He has a specific expertise in (innate) immunology and microbiology and worked as a scientist on the (preclinical) development of both therapeutic anti-cancer vaccines and prophylactic bacterial vaccines. From 2016 onwards, Arjen switched to program and project management and has been actively involved in the management of several international grant-funded projects related to vaccines.
