Ingrid Murillo Jelsbak, Porriño, Spain. Ingrid Murillo Jelsbak is since January 2016 the Clinical Research Director at Biofabri, a Spanish biopharmaceutical company, focussed on the development and production of vaccines for human use and the manufacturing of pharmacological products for third parties.
After finishing studies in Biology, with specialization in zoology at Universidad Complutense, Madrid, she started her carrier at Pharma Industry where she has been for the last 20 years exercising several responsibilities mainly in the Clinical Research area at Pharmaceutical companies and Contract Research Organizations (CROs) covering several responsibilities at national and international level, reaching the Managing Direction level for the Iberian region at Chiltern International, a UK-based international CRO, during six years.
Beside Chiltern International, Ingrid has been linked to companies as Syntelabo (now part of Sanofi), Parexel, CROMédica (now belonging to PRA Health Sciences), Azierta Contract Scientific Support Consulting, Chemo, were she coordinate an international project on biosimilar development, or at Pivotal, a local and well established CRO were she leaded a worldwide project in 58 countries.
She has a regular academic activity collaborating with several postgraduate master programs related to her activity on Drug Development and Clinical Research.
