Dr Robert Golinski is a Physicist and Mathematician by training. He received his PhD in Physics from Technische Universitaet Berlin. He has over 30 years (of which 25 in leading roles and positions) experience at the interface between lab research & development, project management, scientific coordination, education and training in non-for-profit and for-profit entities (including Max Planck Society and the German Federal Research Institute for Animal Health, where he was acting as scientific, and BSL2 and BSL3 lab equipment, coordinator), with solid knowledge in Physical Chemistry and Immunology.
Project management of >75 research, development and coordination grants (in both coordinator and participant roles) from international and national funders, including EU’s FP 4 to 9, EDCTP, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, NIH, NIAID, NHMRC.
Since 12 years consultant for project management issues (incl. application phase), training, IPR protection and management strategies, as well as scientific writing and publishing. Since October 2021 senior project manager at TBVI as a permanent consultant.
